Situations Where Refunds Don't Apply

If you've completed more than 25% of a course, accessed downloadable resources, or participated in live sessions, the course is considered substantially used. We can't offer refunds in these cases because you've already received significant value from the program.

For courses purchased during promotional periods or with special discounts, the discounted price is what would be refunded if eligible. Sale prices don't retroactively change to full price for refund purposes.

Personal circumstances like changed priorities, lack of time, or deciding the content isn't what you expected after substantial use don't automatically qualify for refunds. This is why we encourage reviewing course descriptions carefully before enrolling.

Important Note About Partial Refunds

In some situations, we may offer partial refunds as a goodwill gesture. This is decided on a case-by-case basis and isn't guaranteed. Payment Method Considerations

Refunds are always returned using your original payment method. We can't split refunds across multiple methods or send them to different accounts.

For credit card payments, refunds appear as credits on your statement. If the original card has expired or been closed, contact your bank about how they handle refunds to inactive accounts.

Bank transfers and direct debits are refunded to the originating account. Make sure we have current account details if anything has changed since your purchase.

PayPal refunds are returned to your PayPal account. From there, you can transfer funds to your bank as needed.
